Hyperloop Transportation: The Future Technology of the Globe
To fasten the way for crossing the surface, a revolutionary concept of the Hyperloop transport system has been generated. Here the passengers sit on a hyperloop capsule that travels through pressurized tubes on a high speed using electric propulsion and magnetic levitation.
How the idea came?
In 2012, the great entrepreneur Elon Musk shared a drawing of a new Transportation system as an alternative to the expensive train system. His drawn transport system primarily considered two slowing factors of Conventional transports – fiction and air resistance.

Parts of Hyperloop
The Hyperloop mainly consists of 2 parts.
The Tube: This tube is primarily made of steel. It is basically made in a low pressurized manner so that earthquakes or tsunami cannot cause any harm. The tube is divided into several segments and each segment contains solar panels over it. An emergency exit system is available on each segment of the tube.
The Capsule: The sealed capsules can carry 28 passengers inside the tube. The capsule is supported via air bearings that operate using a compressed air reservoir and aerodynamic lift.
In addition, Electromagnetic Launch System & Axial Compressor are also crucial parts of this Hyperloop system.
How it works
The capsule has a fan on the front. With this fan, the capsule directs air behind. From behind, some air is pushed out of the sides to create an air cushion. This cushion mechanism keeps the capsule within the center of the tube. Besides, Magnetic levitation keeps the capsule floating. On the other hand, a vacuum-sealed environment keeps the tube foreign air-free.
It is based on the concept of high speed in closed-panel. In this case, this Kantrowitz limit describes how the air inside a tube directs the capsule.
Now, several multi-billionaire companies are making significant efforts to bring hyperloop systems into reality. In this race, Virgin Hyperloop One and Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HTT) are progressing rapidly. In fact, Virgin Hyperloop One has already conducted a full-sized test on Nevada, USA.
Current & Future Projects
From Chicago to Los Angeles is probably the first route for the USA. It will reduce Dubai to Abu Dhabi travel hour to just 12 min. This will be UAE’s other achievement after Burj Khalifa. While in India, the planned Mumbai-Pune this transportation will reduce travel time to 14 minutes from 3 hours.
